समर्पण वरिष्ठ जन परिसर की नियमावली
(सामान्य नियम)
1. किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में न्यायिक क्षेत्र केवल लखनऊ होगा।
2. परिसर में आवास, भोजन, बिस्तर तथा अन्य जीवन निर्वहन की वस्तुएँ व सामान्य उपचार सहयोग राशि में शामिल हैं। महगे च प्रवासी को स्वयं वहन करना होगा। कमरे का रख-रखाव व परिसर द्वारा प्रदत्त वस्तुओं को सुरक्षित रखने की जिम्मेदारी प्रवासी क होगा।
3. परिसर में प्रवेश के लिए प्रबन्धन द्वारा निर्धारित प्रक्रिया को पूरा करना होगा तथा ट्रस्ट का निर्णय ही अन्तिम निर्णय होगा।
4. प्रबन्धन समिति को कोई भी कमरा किसी भी समय देखने व दिखाने का अधिकार होगा।
5. कोई भी प्रवासी परिसर में प्रवेश लेने के पश्चात बिना सूचना के न तो कमरा छोड़कर जाएगा और न ही किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को क से मिलने के लिए भी प्रबन्धकों से अनुमति लेनी होगी।
6. अल्पाहार व भोजन निर्धारित समय में ही लेना होगा।
7. धार्मिक आध्यात्मिक चर्चा के अतिरिक्त व्यर्थ की राजनीतिक बहस अथवा अश्लील वार्तालाप परिसर में पूर्णत वर्जित है।
8. प्रवासी कोई ऐसी हंसी मजाक नहीं करेंगे जिससे कटुता या संघर्ष की स्थिति उत्पन्न हो ।
9. ऐसा कोई अनुचित व्यवहार अथवा कार्य प्रवासी नहीं करेंगे जिससे परिसर की प्रतिष्ठा प्रभावित हो।
10. कमरे में अन्य उपकरण जैसे रेडियो, टी.वी. फ्रिज आदि नहीं लगाए जा सकेंगे या पहले से ही ट्रस्ट की अनुमति आवश्यक होगी
11. रात्रि में निर्धारित समय के बाद परिसर छोड़ने की सख्त मनाही होगी।
12.यद्यपि सुरक्षा की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था की जायेगी परन्तु कीमती वस्तुओं की स्वयं सुरक्षा करनी होगी।
13. प्रत्येक सदस्य को वरिष्ठ जन परिसर के संचालन में पूर्ण सहयोग देना होगा। जिसे जो भी जिम्मेदारी दी जाएगी उसका निर्वहन निष्ठापूर्वक करना अनिवार्य होगा।
14. किसी प्रवासी की गम्भीर दशा होने अथवा मृत्यु होने पर आवेदन में भरे पते पर तुरन्त सूचना दी जाएगी, परन्तु 24 घंटे तक सम्बन्धित उत्तरदायी व्यक्ति के न पहुंचने पर परिसर प्रबन्धन द्वारा यथोचित व्यवस्था कर दी जायेगी ।
15. वरिष्ठ जन परिसर में रहते हुए अपनी भूल, कमी, लापरवाही या दुर्घटनावश किसी आवासित वरिष्ठ जन को यदि कोई शारीरिक, मानसिक अथवा आर्थिक क्षति पहुंचती है तो उसके लिए प्रबन्धन ट्रस्ट अथवा नगर निगम जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा और नहीं वरिष्ठ जन परिसर के विरुद्ध किसी भी प्रकार की क्षतिपूर्ति का मुकदमा दायर किया जा सकेगा।
Rules of Samarpan Varishtha Jan Parisar
(Basic Rules)
1. In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be Lucknow only.
2. Housing, food, bedding and other living things and general treatment in the campus are included in the support amount. The cost will have to be borne by the migrant himself. The maintenance of the room and the safe keeping of the articles provided by the premises will be the responsibility of the expatriate.
3. For entry into the campus, the procedure prescribed by the management will have to be followed and the decision of the Trust will be the final decision.
4. Management Committee will have the right to see and show any room at any time.
5. No expatriate after entering the premises shall leave the room without prior notice and permission shall also be taken from the management to meet any other person.
6. Snacks and food will have to be taken in the prescribed time only.
7. In addition to religious spiritual discussion, pointless political debate or obscene conversation is strictly prohibited in the campus.
8. Migrants will not laugh or joke in such a way that a situation of bitterness or conflict arises.
9. Migrants will not do any such inappropriate behavior or work which will affect the reputation of the campus.
10. Other equipment in the room like radio, TV. Refrigerators etc. will not be installed or prior permission of the trust will be required.
11. It is strictly prohibited to leave the premises after the stipulated time in the night.
12. Although adequate security arrangements will be made, but the valuables will have to be protected by themselves.
13. Every member will have to give full cooperation in the operation of the senior public complex. Whoever is given the responsibility, it will be mandatory to discharge it faithfully.
14. In case of serious condition or death of a migrant, immediate information will be given at the address filled in the application, but if the concerned responsible person does not reach for 24 hours, proper arrangements will be made by the campus management.
15. If any physical, mental or financial harm is caused to a resident senior citizen due to mistake, deficiency, carelessness or accident while living in senior public complex, then the management trust or municipal corporation will not be responsible for it and will not be liable in any way against the senior public complex. A suit for compensation can be filed.
